OVERVIEW
The concept was developed for Electrolux's dedicated Shop-in-Shop at Elkjøp Forus in Norway. The goal was to strengthen the brand presence in-store by creating an engaging customer journey built around three experience zones: Taste, Care and Wellbeing.
Working closely with stakeholders, we translated market needs and business objectives into a scalable retail concept that balanced customer experience, product storytelling and commercial impact.
