I've always been curious about what makes creative teams do their best work. Not just how ideas are created, but how strategy, collaboration and creative thinking come together to solve real problems.
Today I combine strategy, design and creative leadership to lead a multidisciplinary team and guide projects from insight to delivery. I enjoy bringing structure to complexity, aligning different perspectives and helping the team turn ideas into creative solutions that are both meaningful and scalable.
